| Trout smokery and traditional oven |
This grill and oven has been constructed and inaugurated
in the year 2000. Since the opening it counts an upgrowing numberof
fans of fresh baked bread, Kassler in breadloaf and freh onion and
plum cake homemade in original Thuringian style.
Fresh smoked trouts of the valley of the Schwarza are topping our
wide offer in this typical grill- and fry station (since spring 2001). |
